Shipping Info

Every care has been taken to show the artworks accurately as possibly in regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

 

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements. We do not process orders or delivery on weekends or during public holidays.

 

How will I know when my item is shipped?

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact me.

 

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, if you would like to collect in person you would be very welcome, it would be lovely to see you. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet.
If you live in the Margate area and you would appreciate a home delivery I will be happy to personally deliver your purchases to your door, just drop me a message when placing your order and we can arrange a convenient time.

 

Prints:

Please allow 2 weeks for paper prints and 2-3 weeks for framed prints, as most are made to order. Small prints may ship flat while larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. Framed prints are wrapped and shipped in a box. Framed prints have a shipping fee due to the shipping fees of the framing service I use.

 

Originals:

Original paintings are safely wrapped and shipped in a box.

 

Refunds or returns:

You may receive a full refund if you want to cancel an order before it ships. Once it ships you must follow refund procedures.

 

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork.

If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the original packaging and the same service it was sent to you with proof of a tracked postage receipt. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

 

Do you give a refund on prints if I change my mind?


All prints are custom made to the size you request. I don’t hold stock – each print is made for you. Please check the size is as you require before you place the order. No refunds.

 

What if my painting arrives damaged?


All work is carefully packed and wrapped. In the very rare event that your lovingly packaged artwork is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days with clear photographs plus a description of the condition and the damage done. Your artwork, dependant on what it is will either be replaced or refunded in its entirety.

NB* All artworks are subject to expert handling and are thoroughly quality checked during the packaging process. Please ensure that when you are unwrapping your package, you are mindful that inside is an expensive piece of art… (please open with care.)

 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

 

                                             What about Overseas Returns?                                                  

Yes, I accept Overseas returns too. You have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal or other payment fees.

 
 
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
YES I do – FREE of charge and all tied up with a colourful bow! Once you have paid for your item,  just let me know that you want me to gift wrap it and send it to someone else – let me know their name, address and any message that you would like me to add to the card.
 
 All refunds will be liable for credit card fees when a refund is issued for an original painting or any item over £50. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these policies please reach out to me via email. My goal is that you will be enjoy my artwork for years to come and it will be an enriching visual image in your space that reaches others as well!
