Shipping Info
I want you to be completely happy with your art if you have any questions then please do contact me annabellelosa@gmail.com. Every care has been taken to show the artworks accurately as possibly in regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices, and screen settings.
Prints:
Please allow 2 weeks for paper prints and 2-3 weeks for framed prints, as most are made to order. Small prints may ship flat while larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. Paper prints ship for free. Framed prints are wrapped and shipped in a box. Framed prints have a shipping fee due to the shipping fees of the framing service I use.
Originals:
Original paintings are safely wrapped and shipped in a box.
Refunds or returns:
You may receive a full refund if you want to cancel an order before it ships. Once it ships you must follow refund procedures. If your package is damaged in any way when it arrives, please take pictures of the box as they will be needed. Email me at annabellelosa@gmail.com as soon as you notice an issue so we can discuss a replacement or refund. You must contact me within 2 weeks of receipt in order to receive a refund. If an item arrives damaged, I will need photos for the shipping company. If a print or other product arrives in good condition but you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via email to discuss options.
If you are unhappy with your original painting purchase for any reason (this has not happened and I hope it does not) and you would like to return it, you must pay return shipping costs, return within 2 weeks of receiving it and it must arrive back to me undamaged in order to receive a refund. You will be liable for credit card fees when a refund is issued for an original painting or any item over £50. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these policies please reach out to me via email. My goal is that you will be enjoy my artwork for years to come and it will be an enriching visual image in your space that reaches others as well!
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork? How will I know when my item is shipped? Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
| Can you ship internationally? What about Overseas Returns? Yes, I accept Overseas returns too. You have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping and PayPal or other payment fees. Do you offer a gift wrapping service? YES I do – FREE of charge and all tied up with a colourful bow! Once you have paid for your item, just let me know that you want me to gift wrap it and send it to someone else – let me know their name, address and any message that you would like me to add to the card. |
